Yam Dip
Ingredients:
1 pint nonfat plain yogurt
1 package onion soup mix
1/2 cup fresh yams (sweet potatoes), cooked and mashed or 1/2 (15 oz.) can yams, drained and mashed
Instructions:
Mix ingredients together and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
