Sweet Potatoes Aloha

Ingredients:

24 sweet potato patties
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/ cup vanilla
1/2 cup cherries
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients together, except the sweet potatoes. Bring to a boil until it becomes a light syrup. Put a single layer of sweet potato patties in a baking pan. Pour syrup over the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
