Yam Rounds and Large Fries

Fire up the Grill!

Ingredients:

4 sweet potatoes (yams)
3 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. margarine

Instructions:

For the rounds, cut the sweet potatoes in 1/2 inch rounds; for the fries, cut the sweet potatoes into lengthwise wedges. Mix together orange juice, honey and margarine. Cook the sweet potatoes in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to soften, then place on the grill. Grill for 15 minutes over medium heat, basting as needed with mixture.
